  • Domestic (India): Orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on product availability and supplier location.

  • Since we follow a dropshipping model, delivery times may vary based on the origin of the product and courier.

  • Please note: Public holidays, festivals, or unforeseen events (weather, shipping delays, etc.) may extend delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free delivery on selected items.

  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Orders

  • A tracking ID will be shared once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your order via our website or courier partner’s portal.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

Return Process

Refunds

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank details for a secure refund transfer.

Exchange Policy
